GZGS3 TYPE PUMP HEAT CIRCULATION STAINLESS STEEL TEMPERATURE REGULATION TEST DRUM
MAIN FUNCTION AND CHARACTERISTICS
This drum adopts isolating pump heat circulation technology and is effective in transmitting heat into drum by heating the media in the inter-bed which prevents the leather against contamination by separating the water from getting in touch with the leather liquid and ensures thorough discharge of water without residue.It works well in heating and temperature-keeping no matter with or without water in drum,even the drum stops.It is possible to make choice between the electrical heating and steam heating modes,even the double supply of both steam and electricity is feasible while it is adjustable to control the temperature at the range from the normal temperature up to 80℃ with the precision at ±1℃,which could meet the demand for various processing needs.
We adopt intelligent controller or PLC touch screen together with frequency conversion function to make it possible for automatic rotation in positive and reverse direction,intermittent shutdown,single-direction rotation,forward/backward inching operation and so on.

The chain & chain wheel we adopt,being smooth with low vibration and low noise in driving,can stand long-term operation with low frequency of maintenance.
On the end of the drum is mounted with the toughened glass to enable the visual observation of the straining state inside the drum,which has such merits as resisting the mechanical impact,heating shock and being free from deformation or color changing.
We have perfect security protection system with protective cover（Full cover can be selected） and protective door which adopts electromechanical interlocking device to ensure operational safety.This drum has received the European CE safety certification.
The industrial standard of leather machiney-------stainless steel temperature regulation test drum is set by our company,the standard number is QB/T4472-2013.It was carried out by The People’s Republic of China ministry of industry and information technology on December 1,2013.
