MAIN FUNCTION AND CHARACTERISTICS
This equipment is capable of doing spraying in tanning and leather chemical treatment enterprises as well as leather scientific & research institutes.Circulating water curtain is used to remove dust.Because of the arc-type water curtain plate,water curtain is created evenly,thus,making good dusting result.All harmful gas generated in spraying will be effectively dissolved into the water and no any dust contained in the discharged air.The stainless steel mesh plate,which is used for laying leather material,has a proper angle that could be adjusted at will.A link-age circuit is provided between the spraying gun and the water pump so that operation is very convenient.There is sufficient light to benefit observation.It is easy to clean the spraying cabinet as it is made of stainless steel.A pneumatic operated rotating plate with holes and one operation vehicle are provided for spraying a whole piece of oxhide.
