MAIN FUNCTION AND CHARACTERISTICS
The drum adopts self-circulating system,when the drum rotates,the self-circulating system will make the liquid which is in the drum flow to shaft-bottom heater through shaft-hole,after heating the liquid will flow back to the drum through shaft-hole divider.The structure of this heating method is easy with simple maintenance. It is possible to make choice between the electrical heating and steam heating modes,even the double supply of both steam and electricity is feasible while it is adjustable to control the temperature at the range from the normal temperature up to 80℃ with the precision at ±1℃,which could meet the demand for various processing needs.
We adopt intelligent controller or PLC touch screen together with frequency conversion function to make it possible for automatic rotation in positive and reverse direction,intermittent shutdown,single-direction rotation,forward/backward inching operation and so on.
